All goods will be shipped to you in discreet packaging with no mention of Petite Tresor on the exterior of the packaging, and the return address is not associated with Petite Tresor. We will not store any of your personal details in our database, and you will never receive unsolicited emails from us. If an item is out of stock, we may need to contact you via email to notify you of the expected delivery date of your order or discuss other options. If you choose to register as a VIP to receive emails regarding specials or new products on offer, we will only retain your email address and chosen name (this can be a nickname) you have given us. As we are well aware how annoying it is to have your email account bombarded on a regular basis, our emails will be periodic and not a regular occurrence and we will never pass your details onto anyone else or any other companies! All staff at Petite Tresor has signed a confidentiality agreement that restricts them from discussing order information or customer details with any other person, so no matter how famous you are, or think you are, your secret is safe with us!! Service Policy Our stock is held here in our warehouse and we aim to process and ship your order within 24 hours of receiving it Monday to Friday. Occasionally an item may be out of stock and not displayed on our website and if this is the case, you will be notified of the new delivery date, or given an option to choose a similar product or refund. Refund Policy Given the nature of our products, we regrettably are unable to offer a refund or exchange if you change your mind. We will however, offer a refund if an item is out of stock. In the event of a faulty product, we will gladly replace it within 21 days of purchase. In this instance, please notify us immediately with a description of the fault and return the goods to us, clean and in their original packaging and proof of purchase (invoice). Please note that this does not affect your legal rights under the Trade Practises Act. |
